Welcome to 4MAP, the digital platform specialized in automating engineering licensing services and professional consulting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using this platform (website and/or mobile application), whether as a visitor or registered user, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform": 4MAP application in all versions (website, iOS app, Android app).
• "Company," "We," or "Emaar Green": Emaar Green Co., CR No. 7038369331.
• "User," "You," or "Client": Any natural or legal person using the platform.
• "Services": All services provided via the platform (license management, engineering supervision, consulting).
• "Engineer/Engineering Office": Independent professional service providers registered on the platform.
• "Content": Any text, images, documents, blueprints, or data available via the platform.
• "Account": The user's registered account on the platform.
• "Third Party": Any external entity (payment provider, government agency, cloud service provider).

• 4.1 Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• 4.2 Login Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• 4.3 Breach Reporting: You must report any unauthorized access immediately.
• 4.4 Violating Accounts: Fake or duplicate accounts will be deleted.

• 6.1 Currency: All prices in Saudi Riyals (SAR) including VAT.
• 6.2 Payment Gateways: Secure payment through certified and licensed gateways.
• 6.3 Electronic Invoice: Certified invoice per ZATCA requirements.
• 6.4 Payment Failure: Automatic order cancellation upon payment failure.

• Information Accuracy: All provided information is accurate and truthful
• Original Documents: Uploaded documents are original and not forged
• Cooperation: Respond to information requests within reasonable timeframes
• Responsible Use: No attempts to hack the systems
• Backups: Maintain backup copies of important files

You are fully responsible for any content you upload. Prohibited content includes:

• Content violating laws or public morals
• Confidential information of other parties (without permission)
• Content infringing intellectual property rights
• Viruses or malicious software

Right to Remove: The platform reserves the right to reject or remove any violating content.

The platform uses third-party services:

• Cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud)
• Payment gateways (Mada, Visa/Mastercard)
• Maps (Google Maps)
• Analytics (Google Analytics)

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for the content or policies of external websites.

You agree to indemnify Emaar Green for:

• Legal claims arising from your violation of these terms
• Lawsuits resulting from your content
• Losses caused by your negligence
• Legal costs (attorney fees, court fees)

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you via:

• In-app notification
• Email message
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Effective Date: Material changes effective 14 days after notification.
